Intelligent Networks

The Intelligent Network (IN) Platform allows clients with multiple stores or sites to advertise a single phone number for their products and services across the UK and automatically route incoming callers to their nearest geographical location.

NetServices offers a choice of memorable non-geographic numbers you can use, however where there is no local store or if the call is from a withheld number a default destination can be specified.

The NetServices web portal is used to configure and manage the platform i.e. to set default destination, set store coverage radius and to upload company-specific greeting messages and location names.

Improve Customer Service

When there is more than one local store, options can be presented and chosen by the caller, you can also record a personalised greeting message all of which improves your customer services - whilst providing you with a cost-effective and smart phone infrastructure.

Increased Customer Knowledge

The system can be set up to remember callers should they call again. The web portal can be used to view call statistics, add or edit location lists and keep a list of the callers' chosen locations - all valuable information should you want to analyse your customer base or monitor advertising effectiveness.
