NetTalk Hosted IP Telephony

NetTalk is a pre-packaged hosted voice over IP (VoIP) service. It offers small and medium sized businesses all the benefits of an enterprise level application in a pre-bundled format that eliminates complicated installation and management. NetTalk offers a cost-effective voice network for small businesses or can be combined with our Enterprise Hosted IP Telephony solution for a head office/branch office installation.

A cost-effective option, NetTalk also opens up the possibility of remote and home working without any loss in phone system functionality providing businesses with a more effective means of supporting flexible working. NetServices provide the hardware in a pre-configured format, and because the routers are managed by NetServices, no on-site technical skills are required for ongoing management of the service. Growing businesses can easily upgrade their service e.g. from NetTalk 5 to a NetTalk 10 package or even to an Enterprise Hosted IP Telephony solution.

Quick install - guaranteed quality

As the service is based on a DSL circuit, and we send you the hardware configured and ready to use, your service could be operational within 10 days of ordering. And with NetServices innovations in running QoS over all broadband technologies call quality is never an issue. NetTalk packages have been designed to be 'self-installing'. Routers and phones are pre-configured by NetServices and dispatched directly to your office - all you need to do is plug in the routers and phones and you are up and running immediately. All element of the service are fully managed and backed by SLAs.

Scaled down - not cut down

NetTalk offers the same functionality as you would expect from a corporate phone system including voicemail, interactive voice response and even a conference bridge enabling multi-way discussion with internal and external parties. All NetServices Hosted IP Telephony packages are based on private networks, not the public internet, ensuring your voice network does not become a weak link in the security of your business.

System integrators must be able to provide converged MPLS networks that can deliver Hosted IPT solutions and must be able to use QoS over IpStream and QoS over DataStream that are both forms of QoS over DSL which are better known as QoS over broadband. MPLS broadband services are critical in delivering SIP trunk networks that are service provided by IP Carriers or SIP Carriers. For long term installs you require QoS DataStream and for short term installs you require QoS IpStream. Converged broadband consists of QoS DSL and QoS ADSL to enable the economical delivery of Converged video networks. The capability of being able to provide MPLS VPN, Converged MPLS VPN and managed mpls VPN services ensures NetServices will remain a key systems integrator.
